Turbo Kick™ combines today’s hottest music with up-to-date kickboxing techniques for a fun-filled and entertaining workout FOR ANY FITNESS LEVEL! This 60-minute calorie-burning workout consists of non-contact punching and kicking combinations providing you with a total body workout experience with leg strength and endurance drills, core work, and flexibility training!

 

Along with the importance of Aerobic (Cardiovascular) Activities, for participants of Turbo Kick™ burn between 700 and 900 calories or even up to 1,000 (individual results vary) depending on the following:  Intensity, (the more you challenge yourself, the more calories and fat you will burn!); Full use of levers (extending punches and kicks); Combined lower and upper body exercises; BMI (Body Mass Index); and Metabolic Rate.
