Lifestyle Fitness Coach?  What does that mean to you? 

What does that mean to you and how exactly will that help you achieve your goals?  It means phenomenal results for you!  Let us discover what the difference is between a Personal Trainer or Fitness Trainer and a Lifestyle Fitness Coach.  Personal Trainers or Fitness Trainers are responsible for your initial and ongoing fitness assessments, program structure, technique, application, programming updates and exercise science.  Lifestyle Fitness Coaches are responsible for uncovering your motivational strategies, building a trust-worthy relationship and rapport, creating meaningful dialogue, determining likes/dislikes, immediate and long term goals.

We help educate you about the many benefits that exercise has in store for you!  With each new study that becomes available to us, the fitness professionals, we are able to better educate you about the connection between the health of the body and that of the mind.  Each of the Fitness Trainer and Lifestyle Fitness Coaching responsibilities work hand-in-hand for keeping every individual on track for their desired results, not just for an immediate goal of weight-loss or muscle toning, but encouraging that individual to make a life-long commitment to themselves of including daily activities and exercise for their overall health of the body and the mind.
